Richard Caring’s Caprice Holdings is opening a new restaurant on North Audley Street, Mayfair, W1.
The 6,132 sq ft restaurant is opposite Roka, in the former Princess Garden site.
The lease runs until March 2024, and the rent is £325,000 pa.
David Rawlinson, Restaurant Property, said: “Sites of this calibre with great prominence don’t come often onto the market in Mayfair and we had a highly competitive situation on our hands despite the short lease length.”
