Former Colliers CRE (CCRE) director Richard Chaplin (pictured) has joined niche West End agency the Noble Harris Partnership.
Chaplin left Colliers CRE’s West End and development department last month, after 27 years with the firm.
His departure followed that of David Baker, who left the West End team to join Motcomb Estates last July after 34 years with CCRE.
Last June, former CB Hillier Parker West End head Nick Ridley joined CCRE to run the West End division.
Chaplin said: “My new partners and I are looking forward to forging new client relationships as well as strengthening those already established.”
