Richard Collins is to join PMM as partner and chief operating officer.
Collins will also be a director of PMM’s mortgage servicing business Hampton Mortgage Servicing.
He was previously chief operating officer and equity partner at Europa Capital, where he expanded the business into real estate debt, student accommodation and real estate income funds.
PMM was founded in 2006. It has more than £1bn in real estate assets under management.
