Richardson Capital has put up for sale a 520-bed student accommodation scheme in Lincoln for £45m.
The West Midlands-based private property company is asking a price that reflects a yield of 5.8% for the RCL Partners-designed scheme on Tritton Road.
It opened last September and is let to Lincoln University for the next five years. Richardson developed the building in a jv with local firm Jackson & Jackson Brothers. JLL is advising Richardson.
