Richardson Developments is close to completing the £50m sale of two industrial parks.
It is understood that the company has almost completed a deal with Scottish Widows to sell Parkway, a 45,056 sq m (489,000 sq ft) industrial park in Wensbury, West Midlands, and Merlin Park, a 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq ft) park in Edlington, Birmingham. Both schemes are fully let.
Meanwhile, Richardson has secured Claire1s Accessories as an anchor tenant for its (400,000 sq ft) Bromford gate scheme in the Midlands. The retailer is taking (85,000 sq ft).
