Richardson Developments has let 11,891 sq m (128,000 sq ft) of industrial space at Merlin Park, Birmingham, and Parkway in Wednesbury.
At Merlin, HMV and Hays Commercial Services have taken a total of 6,336 sq m (68,200 sq ft). The two deals account for the last available space at Merlin.
HMV is setting up a new 2,323 sq m (25,000 sq ft0 distribution operation at the park. The music, videos and games company has signed up for a 17-year lease at £122,000 pa. Hays has taken 4,013 sq m (43,200 sq ft) for a document storage facility. Hays has agreed to pay £194,500 pa for a 20 year lease.
In May, Amtrak and Gratton, took a combined total of 10,498 sq m (113,000 sq ft) of space at Merlin Park.
At Parkway, Dixons subsidiary Mastercare Services & Distribution (MSD) has agreed terms on 5,574 sq m (60,000 sq ft) on a 20 year lease. MSD is paying £232,000 pa.
The 41,805 sq m (450,000 sq ft) Parkway industrial development is now 85% let.
