Richborough Estates sold a 14 acre residential development site in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, to Crest Nicholson.
Richborough secured planning for 125 homes on the scheme in November 2017, 30% of which will be affordable.
The site forms part of the draft strategic housing allocation set out to the south of Aylesbury town in Aylesbury Vale District Council’s Local Plan. Aylesbury Vale has the need to build a minimum of 27,000 new homes between now and 2033.
Strutt & Parker represented the landowners.
