The winners of the fourth annual RICS Property Management awards have been announced.
The awards, now in their fourth year, were presented by Olympic medallist Roger Black and held at Gibson Hall, Bishopsgate yesterday.
The winners were:
- Asset Performance Strategy – ABN AMRO
- Europe, Middle East and Africa Strategic Property Management – Jones Lang LaSalle
- Property Management Private Sector – Bruntwood Ltd
- Property Management Public Sector – University of Manchester
- Business Infrastructure & FM – Jones Lang LaSalle
The commendations were:
- Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Strategic Property Management – Knight Frank LLP
Howard Morgan, Chair of judges said: “The judges were greatly impressed by the wide range of innovative ideas amongst winning entries.
“The level of excellence achieved by all entrants shows that property management is at the cutting edge of helping improve investment performance and productivity in the economy.”
