The business property recession has come to an end, according to an RICS survey showing confidence in the market has hit a six-year high.
Activity strengthened across all sectors of the market in the first three months of the year.
The quarterly review said: “The business property market recession hascome to an end. The significant step up in inquiries points to a furtherrise in activity in the quarter ahead.”
