Asset and property manager Ringley Group has launched VirginLand, its latest technology-driven business to boost housing delivery and support investors looking to enter the UK residential market.
VirginLand by Ringley will be led by property entrepreneur Dan Robinson, who will hold the position of CEO and work closely with the group’s founder and managing director Mary-Anne Bowring.
Robinson said: “A big aim for VirginLand is to make housing delivery easier by harnessing the power of technology and data to unlock sites for residential development.”
