Ringley Group has hired ex-Palace Capital executive director Richard Starr as a consultant, and former Marsh & Parsons director Robert Pratt joining as managing director for build-to-rent mobilisation and leasing in the South of England.
The asset and operational management partner has more than £6bn and 13,500 homes under management.
Pratt (above left) and Starr (above right) will help drive Ringley’s offering to the residential sector, where it helps to implement asset and operational management strategies for institutional investors including Europa Capital, Patrizia, Gresham House and Rise Homes.
Starr held the executive director role at Palace Capital for nine years. Prior to this he was managing director of Acorn2Oak Property and has also held senior positions at Philips Lockhart Starr, CBGA and Millar Kitching.
At Ringley, Starr will focus on implementing Ringley’s corporate vision and growing its institutional investor client base.
Pratt joins Ringley from his position at Marsh & Parsons, where he was an associate director for 10 years. He was also lettings director, Notting Hill, at Druce.
