Ringley takes the reins at GMV

Ringley Group has taken over operational management of Greenwich Millennium Village, SE10.

Its responsibilities will include facilities management, building safety, housekeeping, staffing, maintenance, concierge services and estate management for 1,120 homes.

Greenwich Millennium Village is part of a 100-acre riverside scheme comprising a mix of residential, commercial and community spaces. In total, the scheme currently has 2,500 homes, but this is expected to increase to around 17,500 in the long term.
