Residential developer Rise Homes has brought to market its £40m Spinners Yard scheme on Regent Street in Leeds.
The development, comprising 185 build-to-rent flats across an 11-storey block in the city centre, was completed earlier this month by Clegg Construction. The building features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, and is expected to welcome its first residents in mid-June.
In addition, the ground floor of Spinners Yard features parking for cars, motorbikes and cycles, as well as an entrance lobby, reception and centre management office. The building also offers an in-house fitness suite, residents’ terrace and rooftop terrace, as well as a lounge, private dining room, breakout area and workspaces.
Sarah Snape, managing director of Rise Homes, said: “The carefully considered amenity spaces, spacious apartments and ample outdoor areas represent our company ethos – offering our residents spacious, sustainable and well-managed accommodation.”
