Residential Land Holdings, one of London’s largest residential landlords, has finally filed its accounts after being contacted about a 15-month delay.
The property group owned by Bruce Ritchie was meant to have filed its 2020 accounts by 25 September 2021, according to Companies House.
Residential Land said it continues to trade strongly and the accounts were delayed for procedural reasons.
The 2020 accounts, now registered at Companies House, show a loss of £3m, compared with a loss of £4.2m the year before, while revenue increased to £8.5m from £7m.
Ritchie is a Conservative Party donor and sits on the British Property Foundation’s residential board.
