Three of HBSV’s regional offices have been snapped up by rival consultancies following the announcement last week that the firm was in receivership.
Midlands-based Bache Treharne has taken over the firm’s Birmingham and Leicester offices and Weatherall Green & Smith has taken control of the Bristol office.
According to Peter Bache, managing director of Bache Treharne, HBSV’s interests will strengthen its core business.
The moves follow the management buy-out of HBSV’s London office last week. The fate of HBSV’s other regional offices still remains unclear.
