Gazeley Properties and Railtrack will make a planning application to Norwich council next week to redevelop their 16ha (40 acre) site on Norwich’s Riverside Road.
The plans include 23,225m2 (250,000 sq ft) of leisure, retail and residential and involve re-aligning Riverside Road to the north of the site, which also has river frontage.
