Four development plots on the banks of the Thames at Streatley, near Goring in Berkshire, are being offered at Barnard Marcus’s sale on 19 December.
This artist’s impression shows how the sites, each with its own private river frontage, could be developed once planning approval is granted. The plots are guided at between £75,000-£125,000, and are among 179 lots in the sale being held at the Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2.
