Riverstone Living buys £300m Kensington retirement living scheme

Riverstone Living has agreed to forward purchase Berkeley Group and M&G Real Estate’s £300m retirement living scheme in Kensington, W14.

It is the second major deal for the business, which is majority-owned by Goldman Sachs, since its launch last year.

The Kensington-located scheme comprises two buildings at Royal Warwick Square that will house 190 for-sale flats. It is being delivered by St Edward with the first building due to complete in early 2022.

Riverstone Living is aiming to build up a portfolio of up to 10 retirement schemes in London.
