Riverstone partners with The Good Care Group

Goldman Sachs-backed Riverstone has partnered with The Good Care Group to provide live-in care at its development.

The luxury residential developer will launch a bespoke service from TGCG providing residents a tailored 24/7 care service with a dedicated care manager.

Before moving into a Riverstone development residents will be offered a health and wellbeing assessment, giving advice on exercise, nutrition and health and medical needs.

Riverstone chief executive Jason Leek said: “Finding the right provider for our future residents was integral to fulfilling our mission of becoming the very best retirement operator in London.

“Studies have shown how important it is that the health needs of residents are properly understood so that they are offered the best possible support to lead a long and fulfilling life.”

Riverstone aims to emulate the feel of a members’ club and residents have access to a spa, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar, hairdressers, housekeeping services, chauffeurs and a cinema, as well as providing on-site and in-flat private healthcare.

It is developing 352 homes on two sites in Fulham, SW10, and Kensington, W8, and aims to grow this to more than 10 sites in the next four years.
