RivingtonHark appoints head of local authority partnerships

Regeneration specialist RivingtonHark has appointed a new head of local authority partnerships to lead its expanding public sector business.

Andrew Goodwin

Andrew Goodwin, who has extensive experience in establishing working partnerships with local authorities having led town centre, regeneration, and London development teams in Donaldsons, DTZ and CBRE, will build on RivingtonHark’s existing public sector platform.

Around 50% of the developer’s work is done for the public sector, with some £200m of local authority projects currently on site. The developer manages a total portfolio of in excess of £1.2bn.

Goodwin joins the business from his own firm, Courts Mount Associates. Any ongoing work from that business will merge with the RivingtonHark portfolio.

“Andrew joins us at an incredibly exciting time of growth in this important part of our business,” said David Lewis, executive director at RivingtonHark.

“Our urban environment needs increasingly sophisticated solutions to maintain their relevance as we emerge from the current disruption, and both the public and private sectors continue to seek experienced specialist assistance to devise and manage the required change. Andrew will be a great addition to the team and brings with him a wealth of highly relevant experience.”
