Royal London Asset Management has let 9,500 sq ft at 59 Berwick Street in Soho, W1, to post-production firm Evolutions TV.
It has taken a 15-year lease with a 10-year break option, paying the quoting rent of £75 per sq ft.
RLAM senior asset manager Yasin Sadiq said: “We are delighted to have been able to let the offices to Evolution TV at the asking rent, after only a short period of marketing.”
