RO offloads trio of offices

2_Manor_Park_ReadingRO Real Estate has sold three office assets in the South East for more than £7.8m.

The developer and investor has sold One and Two Manor Park in Reading, Berkshire, which total 68,000 sq ft, to Ultima Business Solutions for £7m.

The other property, 4,754 sq ft Fortune House in Egham, Surrey, was sold to Spinnaker for £825,000.

Richard Bourne, head of RO Real Estate, said: “We will use the cash resources from these disposals to reinvest in a mix of assets which will deliver either high-quality secure income or asset management, development and refurbishment opportunities.”

Lambert Smith Hampton and Knight Frank advised RO on the Reading properties; Sharps Commercial acted for Ultima. New Ballerino and Vail Williams advised RO on Fortune House; Spinnaker was unrepresented.
