Developer RO Real Estate is back on the buying trail after poaching Ardstone Capital’s Nick Cashmore as its new investment director.
The Clerkenwell-headquartered firm said Cashmore had joined this month after seven years at Ardstone, where he was head of investment acquisitions.
Cashmore worked on more than £800m of investment deals across the UK at Ardstone, with a focus on the office and industrial sectors.
He said this morning that RO Real Estate had “capital ready to deploy” in his new role. “It is an exciting time to be joining the team to lead on new acquisitions,” he added.
Edward Rowlandson, managing director at RO Group, said Cashmore’s hire came at “an optimal time to generate and explore new opportunities for our portfolio”.
