RO Real Estate has launched One Dorset Street in Southampton, SO15.
The Fitwel-certified building provides 24,564 sq ft in the city’s central business district.
Fitwel is an international standard for the design and operation of health buildings released in 2017 in the USA.
One Dorset Street is expected to set the highest commercial rents in Southampton at £24.50 per sq ft and features a private garden, standing desks and active seating.
