Robert Hitchens secures Gloucester business park letting

Robert Hitchens has signed Gloucestershire Highways for 18,700 sq ft of offices at its Imperial Gate Business Park, Gloucester.

The letting, on a on a new 10-year lease, is the largest in the Gloucester office market this year.

The 84,700 sq ft refurbished office park set within 4.6 acres adjacent to the A417 Barnwood Bypass forms part of the former Wall’s ice cream site at Barnwood, Gloucester.

Gloucestershire Highways is a partnership between Gloucestershire council and Atkins, set up to deliver Highways and Transportation Services across Gloucestershire.

Three office suites between 2,250 sq ft and 5,500 sq ft remain available at Imperial Gate.

Peter Barrett of Bruton Knowles said: “The first six months of the year have been relatively quiet in Gloucester and the Gloucestershire Highways deal was comfortably the largest in and around the city.
