Robert Hough to leave Peel deputy chairman’s job

Peel Holdings said this morning that executive deputy chairman Robert Hough will be stepping down from his current role to be come a non-executive.

He will continue as non-executive deputy chairman of Peel Holdings and also as chairman of Peel Airports and Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Peel chairman John Whittaker said: “Robert Hough has contributed hugely to the success of Peel and, but for this, we would not be where we are today.

“We are delighted that he will be continuing as non-executive deputy chairman and also taking a special interest in our airports division, which is one of our major engines for growth.”

Robert Hough said: “The last few years have been particularly hectic for me and I thought it was now appropriate to take stock and adjust my work commitments and look at fresh opportunities.”
