Seasoned retail investment agent Robin Coady has left Cushman & Wakefield, less than a year after joining the firm.
Coady had joined the agency alongside Dermot Supple in April last year, as international partners. The pair had founded niche agency Coady Supple in 2011, where they advised on more than 40 shopping centre deals in the UK and Ireland worth a combined £2bn.
Supple will continue to work at C&W alongside David Sadler, who rounded off the team behind Coady Supple as its self-professed “numbers man” and chartered accountant. Sadler had joined as a partner at the same time in 2019.
Paul Durkin, head of UK retail, currently leads the agency’s retail practice. He joined in May 2019 from Asda, where he was a senior director of strategy.
