Rockeagle has pre-sold a 2,090 sq m (22,500 sq ft) purpose built light industrial unit with land for expansion at its 23.47 ha (58 acre) Matford Park in Exeter, Devon, to US-owned Hardinge Machine Tools.
Hardinge will relocate from Marsh Barton, Exeter, and is the first named occupier at Matford Park. The park is adjacent to Bad Homburg Way, south of the city centre, and will provide industrial, distribution and business space.
Rockeagle director Nick Hole says several car dealerships have shown interest in prominent plots fronting Bad Homburg Way. He added that joint letting agents for Matford Park will be appointed in about two weeks time.
