Rockspring and Clearbell have forward purchased Aberdeen Property Trust’s The Bower in Stockley Park, Uxbridge, for between £25m and £30m and will begin speculative development of the 144,000 sq ft office immediately.
Aberdeen is selling the scheme to concentrate on its other spec schemes.
Exton Estates will act as development manager. Aberdeen was advised by Dowley Turner Real Estate.
Rockspring and Clearbell were unrepresented. Knight Frank and DTRE will be retained as leasing agents.
