Rockspring has completed on the sale of Euro Retail Park, Ipswich, from Helix Property Advisors for £47.5m – a 7% yield.
The purchase was made on behalf of a separate account mandate. The 210,534 sq ft retail park is anchored by B&Q and has a weighted average unexpired lease term of 10.5 years.
