Rockspring Property Investment Managers has received planning consent for its 103,600 sq ft office development at The Arrows Site in Weybridge, Surrey.
Rockspring will deliver the scheme, which has been named “Velocity”, with development partner Exton Estates. It will offer grade A office accommodation together with 370 car parking spaces.
The scheme has been designed as two independent self-contained buildings, arranged over five floors. Construction will commence imminently on site, with completion expected in autumn 2012.
Rockspring acquired the site in Weybridge in January 2011 from Mercedes Benz for £4.25m on behalf of the Rockspring UK Value Fund. The scheme is one of three speculative developments owned by the fund that are currently being constructed.
Strutt & Parker and CBRE are retained as joint letting agents on the development.
