Rockspring has appointed two directors to its Central European transactions team from Pradera and Allianz.
Eduardo Noguera joins Rockspring as European director following six years as acquisition director at Pradera. In total he has 17 years’ experience in real estate with investors such as Henderson, JER Real Estate Partners and Savills.
Balazs Homok joins as acquisitions director following five years with Allianz Real Estate. With a total of 15 years’ experience in the industry, he has worked with both AXA REIM and DTZ in the past.
Noguera will be based in London and Homok in the Berlin office. Both will report to Rockspring partner Jo De Clercq.
