Rockspring-logo-NEW-April-2014-THUMB.gifRockspring has expanded its London-based teams with three hires across the business groups.

Jamie Younger joins the transaction team as a European director, while Shaun Hose joins the asset management team and Duncan White joins the fund management team, both as assistant directors.

Younger, who has spent more than 20 years in the industry, joins Rockspring from GE Capital, where he was a managing director in the loan origination team.

Before his three years at GE Capital, Younger was with Lehman Brothers, Invesco Real Estate and DTZ.

In his new role, he will report to Hugh Elrington and will focus on UK transactions.

Hose joins Rockspring from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where was a director of asset management, spending five years at the firm.

Previously, Hose worked with NB Real Estate and CBRE during a 17-year career. He will report to Rockspring partner Richard Bains.

White will work on the UK separate accounts side of Rockspring’s fund management business, reporting to partner Michael Pryer.

Like Younger, White joins from GE Capital, where he was a senior asset manager, spending seven years at the firm. Before that, he was with ING Real Estate.

Edmund Craston, managing director at Rockspring, said: “These new appointments bring significant experience across the three main segments of our UK property team.”
