The Boulevard du Triomphe 174, which has been bought by Unibra Real Estate, is majority let to the Belgian state.

Rockspring partner Jo De Clercq said: “Triomphe 174 is a well-located office property, with Citibank, Mitsui, Danone, Pfizer and the European commission just some of the high-profile businesses also in the area, which is benefitting from economic revitalisation.

“The building also has strong reconversion potential. With Brussels experiencing improving investment appetite and take up rates in the office market in 2014, we felt that this was an opportune time to complete the sale of this asset and realise the value of the asset, in line with the fund strategy.”

Rockspring was advised by CBRE. Unibra was unrepresented.
