M&G Real Estate has confirmed its hire of Rockspring Property Managers’ Paul Crosbie, as revealed by Estates Gazette.
Crosbie will lead M&G’s logistics and industrial team, after joining yesterday.
He will source investment opportunities and contribute investment advice, having worked as a fund manager for Rockspring.
M&G’s head of business space, Chris Perkins, said: “We’re very happy to welcome Paul to the team – he will make a strong addition and complement the existing excellent skills and chemistry within the logistics and industrials team.”
