Dutch property fund Rodamco is set to invest ¬225m in a new shopping centre in Dutch “commuter town” Almere.
It is Rodamco Nederland’s biggest ever investment, and the second biggest one for Rodamco Europe. Construction of the shopping centre has commenced and is due to be completed in 2007.
