Savills’ out-of-town retail director Dominic Rodbourne is to remain at the firm.
This comes after Rodbourne agreed to join CBRE in the autumn after six years at Savills.
It is rumoured Rodbourne will take on the role of head of out-of-town retail.
Rodbourne previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield for nearly four years.
Rodbourne advises clients including British Land on behalf of the Hercules Unit Trust, Standard Life Investments and Royal London Asset Management.
