Private overseas clients of Godfrey Vaughan have sold Rolls-Royce’s headquarters in Derby to NILGOSC, a client of Colliers CRE, for £10.85m.
The 115,000 sq ft property is let to Rolls-Royce until December 2025, with five-yearly fixed rental uplifts, and the deal reflects a 5.88% net initial yield.
