Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is investing £10m to expand its Goodwood, West Sussex factory.
The luxury motors company said it has secured planning permission to increase its assembly hall by 26,909 sq ft, and to increase its surface finish centre by 6,889 sq ft.
Torsten Müller-Ötvös, chief executive officer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, said: “This investment demonstrates our confidence in this unique brand, and our commitment to our home at Goodwood.”
The £10m property investments are expected to be completed in late 2012.
