Romiga Studios is to sell its 98-bed student accommodation scheme near Nottingham city centre.
The company has appointed Knight Frank to sell the KKE Architects-designed Talbot Street development.
Offers in excess of £8m are sought for the freehold interest of Talbot studios. The building is 100% let in its first year of operation, and 75% let for the 2013-14 academic year.
Student accommodation continues to remain an attractive alternative asset. Investment volume in the sector totalled £776.9m in the first half of 2013, according to CBRE – just a slight dip on the £793.8m recorded in the first half of 2012.
