The £10m Glasgow Science Centre Tower has officially re-opened after a two-year delay caused by technical problems.
The world’s only fully rotating tall building closed in February 2002 when the bearings on which it was supposed to turn stopped working.
The 121m (400ft) tall building had been intended to be the centrepiece of Scotland’s largest millennium project.
