Edmond de Rothschild Group’s UK property management business has hired Mapp to manage its 3.4m sq ft estate of office and industrial assets.
The real estate investment manager will transfer its team and clients to Mapp, which handles around £13.2bn of commercial property and 8,000 occupiers in the UK for a number of funds.
Mapp chief executive Nigel Mapp said: “We saw the opportunity to bring a great team with shared values into our business and to deliver a really great property management service to Edmond de Rothschild and some of its long-term and valued clients.”
Mark Millar, head of UK at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, added: “We are very pleased to have been able to agree a transfer of our team and our clients to Mapp. Mapp is a best-in-class operator with a strong culture of putting people first.”
