Jones Bar Group has signed a new lease at Grosvenor’s Liverpool ONE shopping centre for its Roxy Ball Room concept.
The ping pong and pool bar will take 6,929 sq ft on a 20-year lease on the top floor of 26 College Lane, bordering with Hanover Street.
This is its second UK site, following its debut at Trinity Leeds. It is due to open before Christmas.
Miles Dunnett, director of portfolio management at Grosvenor Fund Management, said: “Roxy Ball Room is a great complement to the Liverpool ONE leisure offer, aligning perfectly with our ambition to continually provide something new for visitors.”
