The Royal Bank of Scotland is understood to be putting 15 hotels in southern England on the market with a price tag of around £15m.
It is understood that the properties, which were repossessed in the 1990s, range in size from 20 to 90 rooms.
The bank’s decision to sell reflects a buoyant hotel market. Operators including Stakis and Granada are actively seeking premises at the moment.
