Royal Life Insurance has sold 16/18 High Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, to Highland Estates (Jersey) for over £1.7m. The sale price reflects a net yield of 6.9%.
The property comprises a 569.5sq m (6,130sq ft) shop let to Watches of Switzerland, on assignment from Jewellers and Silversmiths Company. The lease expires in 2000.
The purchaser was represented by Baker Almond. Royal Insurance Asset Management and St Quintin acted on behalf of Royal Life.
