Royal London has acquired Mansfield Development’s 5,915 sq m (63,670 sq ft) leisure park on the Nottingham Road near Mansfield for £6.9m. The deal reflects a net initial yield of 8.5%.
The scheme has been pre-let to Associated British Cinemas, Walker Group and McDonalds ahead of a scheduled opening in August.
