Staffing specialist G2V Recruitment Group has relocated its Manchester base to Royal London’s 3 Hardman Square office building in Spinningfields.
The 10-year deal has been signed for part of the third floor, measuring 12,300 sq ft. According to Radius data, the achieved rent was £39 per sq ft.
The move will see G2V expand from their existing premises at The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, where it occupied 4,520 sq ft.
Royal London has invested into the 185,394 sq ft building, with developments including a two-tiered business lounge providing meeting and social space and a wellness hub.
Isobel Stevens, assistant asset manager at Royal London, said: “We are proud to offer occupiers of 3 Hardman Square repositioned office space which supports collaboration and wellness, embedded within Spinningfields, a destination for leisure and amenity.”
CBRE and Colliers are leasing agents for 3 Hardman Square; OBI advised G2V on the deal.
