Royal & SunAlliance Property Investments Plans has submitted plans for a 67,500 sq ft (6,271 sq m) shopping centre for Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
It will be built on a five-acre (2ha) former industrial estate near the town centre, with units of 7,500-20,000 sq ft (697-1,858 sq m) and 212 car-parking spaces.
Philip Owen of Royal & Sun Alliance Property Investments said: “We are already in talks with several high-profile retailers who are attracted to the scheme and are interested in moving into the area.”
Royal & SunAlliance Property Investments was advised by FPDSavills, planning consultant CgMs and architect the Ratcliffe Grove Partnership.
