RoyaleLife’s 29 residential caravan parks and properties across the UK are about to hit the market.
Christie & Co has been appointed to market the sites, comprising four in the North West, two in the Midlands, four in the South West, three in the South East and the remainder in Hampshire and Dorset. The sites are being sold individually, in subgroups or as a portfolio.
The move comes after the company, owned by billionaire Robert Bull, fell into administration in August. Paul Davies, Sandra Mundy and Tom Russell of James Cowper Kreston were appointed as the administrators of various companies associated with RoyaleLife Group.
Steve Rodell, managing director of retail and leisure at Christie & Co, said: “Driving interest by fully exposing these assets to a variety of buyer groups is what Christie & Co does best across all our specialist sectors.”
