Plans for a new £600m redevelopment in Sheffield city centre have been lodged with the council.
RREEF submitted a planning application today for phase one of the mixed-use development of the Moor area in Sheffield.
The scheme includes new retail units, a 57,000 sq ft indoor market to replace the existing Castlegate market and student accommodation.
RREEF plans to start on site in spring 2007 with completion by summer 2009.
Architect on the scheme is Broadway Malyan.
